Frequently Asked Questions

What services do you offer?

We offer a range of options, from customized professional development workshops, offered virtually or in person, to ongoing 1:1 leadership support and strategic consulting.

Whether your team needs a focused workshop, sustained partnership, or simply space to think through a complex challenge, support is tailored to your context and goals.

How do I get started?

Reach out through our contact form or schedule a video call via Calendly.

We’re excited to get to know you and to learn more about the unique challenges and joys of your school. An initial conversation is simply a chance to explore fit and possibility.

What makes you different?

We’re a strengths-based practice.

Instead of focusing on what’s “wrong,” we build on what you already do well and use those strengths as the foundation for purposeful growth.

The result is work that feels empowering, practical, and deeply aligned with your mission.

What is the investment to work together?

Professional development and strategic support are investments in your people and your mission. We aim to keep pricing clear and flexible.

$150 per hour for consulting
$575 for a half-day workshop
$1,100 for a full-day workshop

Ongoing work and multi-day engagements are thoughtfully scoped and priced collaboratively.

If budget is a concern, please reach out. We’re always open to conversation and finding the right fit.

What types of schools or organizations do you work with?

We primarily partner with Montessori and other independent schools committed to thoughtful growth and strong leadership.

Many of the schools we support are navigating moments of transition, such as new leadership, program enhancement, or a culture tune-up. Others simply want space to reflect and rediscover the clarity and joy that brought them to this work in the first place.

We especially love working with teams who care deeply about children and are willing to ask brave questions in service of doing their work well.

If you’re wondering whether your school is a fit, we welcome the conversation.

What does a typical engagement look like?

Each partnership begins with listening.

We start with a conversation to understand your goals, current realities, and the strengths already present in your community. From there, we clarify scope and design support that meets your team where it is.

Some engagements are short and targeted. Others unfold over time as clarity deepens and confidence grows. In every case, the work is collaborative, practical, and grounded in your mission, with room for both seriousness and joy along the way.
